Covid – 19 Guarantee We understand that during these uncertain times booking travel or making plans is confusing and difficult. To help your decision process, we have tried to simplify our terms and conditions surrounding Covid-19.

The following conditions only apply to bookings which are directly impacted by Covid-19. For any other changes or cancellations our standard Terms and Conditions will apply. Our Guarantee If the package you have booked is cancelled, played with a reduced crowd, or is played without crowd due to Covid – 19 then we will issue a full refund or credit for a future/alternative package.

The full refund or credit will only apply to the elements booked via Sporting Affair / Football Match Breaks. We will contact you and advise on the options available to you within 48 hours or being notified the specific event being cancelled or played with a reduced crowd or without crowd. Please note should the fixture you have booked be played with a reduced capacity we will have the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund or credit for a future booking.

Should any element of your package excluding the event/fixture itself be cancelled we will have the right to offer a suitable/comparable alternative. Where you package has been impacted by Covid-19, we will ensure your full refund or credit is processed within 14 days. The above guarantee applies to all bookings completed after the 01st June 2021. In summary, should your booking be impacted by Covid-19 you will be offered a full refund or a credit for an alternative package giving you total peace of mind throughout the booking process.
