Booking / Availability

How do I know whether a package is available?
This site is updated daily therefore if the package you select shows that it is available, you are guaranteed tickets and accommodation. Should your preferred package show as sold out, we can add you to our waiting list so that we can contact you should we receive any cancellations. Cancellations will be offered to those on the waiting list on a ‘first come’ basis.
Can I make a booking over the telephone?
You certainly can… simply by calling us on 020 8943 5378 (00 44 208 943 5378 from overseas).
What should I expect after making a booking?
Once you have made a booking online you will receive a notification advising you that we have received your booking request. We will then process your booking and post you a confirmation letter outlining your package details (travel dates, hotel name, and ticket package) and enclosing your invoice.
Ticket Delivery – Premier League

Please note the following ticket delivery methods:

  • Arsenal FC Club Level Tickets – These come in the form of an E-Ticket and will be emailed approximately 7-10 days prior to the fixture date.
  • Chelsea FC Centenary Club and UTB Package – These come in the form of a traditional paper ticket and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery approximately 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture date. For clients traveling from overseas we can arrange for the tickets to be delivered to a UK Hotel or UK postal address of your choice.
  • Liverpool FC Reds Bar, Premier Club and Centenary Club Tickets – These come in the form of an E-Ticket and will be emailed approximately 7-10 days prior to the fixture date.
  • Liverpool FC Sandon Package – These come in the form of a traditional paper ticket and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery approximately 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture date. For clients traveling from overseas we can arrange for the tickets to be delivered to a UK Hotel or UK postal address of your choice.
  • Manchester Utd Sports Bar and Hospitality Lounge – These come in the form of a traditional paper ticket and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery approximately 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture date. For clients traveling from overseas we can arrange for the tickets to be delivered to a UK Hotel or UK postal address of your choice.
  • Manchester City 93:20 Sports Bar – These come in the form of a traditional paper ticket and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery approximately 7 – 10 days prior to the fixture date. For clients traveling from overseas we can arrange for the tickets to be delivered to a UK Hotel or UK postal address of your choice.
  • Tottenham Hotspur Premium Level Tickets – These come in the form of an E-Ticket and will be emailed approximately 7-10 days prior to the fixture date.
What happens if I wish to book a package as a gift or for someone else?
No problem, we can book the package under your chosen name and have all the documentation sent to your billing address.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/ AMEX / Cheques and Bank Transfers.
Are there any extras to pay?
No, the price quoted is guaranteed will be the price you pay.
Are there any taxes to pay?

All prices shown exclude UK VAT (currently 20%)

Are your online payments secure?
Totally, all our online payments are handled by Sage Pay 3D Secure Payment System

Tickets

Are your tickets Official?
Yes, we only sell Official Tickets/Hospitality with our packages.
Where are the seats located?
Seat locations can vary from game to game but we provide seating plans for each club on the product pages that will provide an idea of where your seats will be allocated.
Can I upgrade our seats?
Yes, this is not a problem providing an upgrade is available at the match of your choice. To enquire about this please call or email us.
Will the seats allocated be together?
We guarantee seats will be together for a booking of four or below. Bookings over four may still have the option of being together and, if requested, we will always endeavour to supply tickets for seats that are next to each other. If you have any questions about this please call or email us.
Kick Off times?
Kick off times are beyond our control and can change after your booking has been made. We strongly recommend that you confirm kick off time on arrival in your destination city. If you have any queries about this, please call or email.
Can the fixture date change?
Yes, fixtures are subject to change due to television coverage and participation in various cup competitions.For Spanish La Liga Packages we normally receive confirmation of kick off date and time approximately 2 weeks prior to the fixture weekend. For this reason we would recommend that you book your accommodation from Saturday to Monday as a minimum to take this into account.
What options do I have if the fixture date changes?
Should your chosen fixture change, we will endeavour to switch the accommodation at no extra charge to yourself to cover the date change.

Changes by you/us

Can I change the names on the hotel booking?
Yes, no problem. Please advise by email the name change prior 7 days prior to the fixture date.
I can no longer travel on the date booked?
Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable once booked but we will endeavour to switch your booking to an alternative package subject to availability. However, it is important to read our cancellation charges in our Booking Conditions.
The date of the fixture has changed and I cannot make the new date?
Should the date of your chosen fixture change, your tickets/package will be valid for the revised date. Should you be unable to attend the new date we will endeavour to try and re-sell your package on your behalf.

Do you offer any last-minute special offers?
Yes, please enter your email address and team preference within the email subscription box on the home page to receive details of our Special Offers.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes, discounts can usually be arranged for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us via the enquiry page and we will be pleased to provide a bespoke quotation tailored to your specific requirements.
